Heart of Arts
Heart of Arts [HOA] is a community art space/gallery in the middle of Carterton. We are a large collective of local people who contribute art in the form of paintings, sculpture, repurposed items, prints and jewellery.
No. 23 Gallery
Under the Wai Art umbrella is No. 23 a fun, friendly and vibrant community gallery space filled with art and creativity, to showcase talent in the Wairarapa. Rooms are available for hire, and many beautiful artworks available to view and purchase.
Rhondda Greig Studio Gallery
Rhondda Greig is a New Zealand artist – a contemporary, expressionist colourist. She works predominantly as a painter/illustrator and produces multi-media site-specific commission artworks. She is also a writer and creator of children’s books and a published poet. Rhondda’s Art Gallery is arranged as a working artist’s studio gallery situated in a garden setting in the idyllic plains of rural South Wairarapa.
Wai Art
Wai Art is a Carterton-based organisation, providing opportunities for local artists to show their work and engage with the public. The Big Wai Art Sale has become a major, annual attraction at Carterton’s Daffodil Festival each September. The giant cash and carry art sale is held in the Carterton Event Centre over three days.
