Carterton District Historical Society are a group interested in the history of Carterton – it’s places, buildings, people and events. Their archive holds records of local historic photographs, regional maps, history on local businesses, school rolls, churches’ births, marriages and deaths, Clareville cemetery records and a history of Carterton early settlers.
